Hathersage Capital Management LLC is a Connecticut limited liability company which was formed in January 1999 as a successor to Hathersage Capital Management Inc., a New York corporation formed in August 1995.

Hathersage is not, nor is it required to be, registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission in any capacity and is not a member of the National Futures Association
